The OGS 2 for 1 PROMOTION Ended February 28, 2019

Thanks to our American and Canadian customers who participated. If you did buy tickets and fly by February 28, 2019 (and you still have your receipt and boarding pass), you still have until March 31, 2019 to send us your proof of purchase/proof of travel.

Did you buy and fly between October 24, 2018, and February 28, 2019?

For Those Who Registered for the Promotion

The first 500 customers to purchase two or more outbound tickets for travel from OGS to one of the following destinations between October 24, 2018 and February 28th, 2019 were eligible for reimbursement of one of those outbound tickets:

  • OGS to Tampa / St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) via Allegiant Air
  • OGS to Orlando (SFB) via Allegiant Air
  • OGS to Albany (ALB) via Cape Air
  • OGS to Albany and through to Boston (BOS) via Cape Air

Please note that the reimbursement, in US dollars, has been or is being issued by the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority (the Authority), not by Allegiant Air or Cape Air. How the Promotion Worked for Those Who Registered (Includes Conditions and Restrictions)

  • This promotion applied to the first 500 customers who purchased two or more outbound tickets during the same transaction. It required proof of purchase and proof of travel documentation related to travel from Ogdensburg Airport (OGS) from October 24, 2018 to February 28, 2019 only.
  • Only tickets purchased on or after October 24, 2018 were eligible for this promotion.
  • Reimbursement by the Authority is for the cost of one of two (or more) outbound flights only and does not include: change fees, upgrades, flex plan, seat assignments, bags, taxes, or other fees. If two or more outbound tickets purchased vary in price, the lowest priced ticket will be reimbursed.
  • Only the person who purchased the tickets (the Purchaser) was eligible to receive the reimbursement.
  • Recipients of reimbursements must be American or Canadian citizens aged 18 or older, with each reimbursement to be issued by check in American dollars.
  • The Authority is not liable for reimbursements if an outgoing flight was cancelled, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
  • Reimbursements for this promotion will be processed the last Thursday of each month by the authority based on the order in which valid requests are received.
  • The Authority is not liable for reimbursements if proof of travel is not received by March 31, 2019.
  • IMPORTANT: Proof of purchase (i.e. transaction receipt and flight schedule) and proof of travel (i.e. boarding pass of the purchaser) documentation should be legibly scanned or photographed and submitted in one the following ways:

Submitting Your Request for Reimbursement (2-Step Process)

In order to qualify, customers must submit legibly scanned or photographed proof of purchase for two or more outbound tickets departing from OGS (Step 1, to be completed ASAP after booking the flights) followed by legibly scanned or photographed proof of the boarding pass of the person who purchased the tickets (Step 2, ASAP after travel has occurred).

Reminder that your OGS outbound flight must have taken place on or before February 28, 2019.

Have you submitted your proof of purchase using any one of the submission methods listed above (i.e. email, fax, mail or in person)? Proof of purchase consists of a legible scan or photograph of your transaction receipt and flight information. (Note: The Authority assumes no liability for incomplete or illegible submissions.)

In addition to proof of purchase documentation, did you submit the following information whether you email, fax, mail or deliver your submission in person?

  • Subject line: OGS Holiday Season Promotion
  • Your full name (as it will appear on your reimbursement check)
  • Your mailing address (including zip code or postal code)
  • Your telephone number (including area code)

Before March 31, 2019, ensure you have provided us with a legible scan or photograph of your outbound boarding pass—even if your ticket was not the lowest priced ticket. Only the person who purchased the tickets can receive the reimbursement. Please submit by email, fax, mail or in person so that we can confirm proof of travel. (Note: The Authority assumes no liability for incomplete or illegible submissions.)

In addition to proof of travel, you will also need to submit the following information whether you email, fax, mail or deliver your submission in person:

  • Subject line: OGS 2 for 1 Promotion
  • Your full name (as it will appear on your reimbursement check)
  • Your mailing address (including zip code or postal code)
  • Your telephone number (including area code)

Once the proof of travel documentation has been received by the Authority, the reimbursement check will be issued by the Authority.

Reminder: The deadline to submit proof of travel is no later than March 31, 2019.

Note: All determinations made by the Authority are final.
